We have nothing negative to say about Beth Rogers from the home sale she managed for us last year. The responsiveness was far and away the fastest I've ever gotten from a Real Estate Agent. Beth's advice on staging the home included indoor and outdoor plants to increase the curb appeal, which she placed, and her expertise was invaluable. Beth literally had our house on the market for 18 hours before she had a full price a bid in our hands. She handled the process from start to finish in the absolute most professional manner,with all of the negotiations being conducted and the home sold in a matter of less than a week. If we choose to sell the house we bought after the sale of the previous house, Beth is an obvious choice for us.
