Meet Jessica LaNier ❤️

Jessica LaNier is a co-founder of Selling North Idaho and the kind of leader whose character speaks long before her words do. She has an incredible gift for seeing the world in beautiful color no matter the situation—bringing hope, perspective, and calm even in challenging moments. A savvy businesswoman with strong instincts and a servant’s heart, Jessica leads with both excellence and authenticity. Her deep love for Jesus shapes how she loves others, serves clients, and builds meaningful relationships.

Outside of real estate, Jessica is a wife to  her husband James and a proud momma to three littles, along with two dogs and a kitten who keep life full and lively. She truly loves the North Idaho lifestyle—embracing fun, faith, and family with a smile that lights up every room she enters. Known for her grit with grace, her favorite day off includes time at the lake with her family, singing on the worship team, or heading to the shooting range. Jessica brings joy, strength, and purpose into everything she does, making her an invaluable part of both Selling North Idaho and the community she loves.
